GUILTY - VALID
GUILTY = judged to have committed a crime, responsible for doing something wrong

Examples:

Betty has been found guilty of drug trafficking.

Students who are guilty of cheating, as determined by the teacher, will be given a grade of zero on the material.

Examples:

My passport is valid for another two years.
